When will your insurance start if you choose EDUCARE24?
Insurance starts on the date applied for. Insurance coverage starts on the same date, at the earliest on the day we receive your application at our office (0:00 am). Insurance coverage expires automatically on the agreed date.

Medical treatments that become necessary as a result of an accident are covered by health insurance. Permanent impairment or death as a result of an accident is covered by accident insurance. Accident insurance also provides financial assistance in case of plastic surgery, rescue costs or long-term hospital stays as a result of an accident. You want to interrupt your stay abroad for a few days in order to spend some time at home? No problem. If you interrupt your stay abroad and spend time at home, you will have insurance cover for 6 weeks. You can also travel home several times as long as the overall duration does not exceed 6 weeks. There will be insurance cover for costs resulting from an accident or from an acute and newly acquired illness. If you travel to your home country at the end of the insurance period, this is not considered to be an interruption of your stay abroad.
