If you travel to your home country at the end of the insurance period, this is not considered to be an interruption of your stay abroad. In this case, insurance coverage ends as soon as you arrive in your home country.

What is the number of states that are part of the ETIAS list?

More states are expected to be added to the ETIAS list during these months. This is a new system and the steps to make it better are ongoing. Currently there are 60 states that will apply this method of travelling.
